Normally I just let it ring, and no message is left, but sometimes I redirect it to my voice mail where a vague message is left to the effect of: "This is card services, please return the call. this is concerning your current credit card account. Don't be alarmed, there is nothing wrong with your account"
Calling the number back connects me with a phone rep who cannot clarify any of the information regarding my "current credit card account" (Ive never had a credit card). Pretty clear scam.

Mark as Useful I just received 2 phones calls in a row from this foreigner and I told him I would give Sandy the message and then he called again. PLEASE GET THESE GUYS OFF MY BACK. I work for a government office and am sick of these calls.

Mark as Useful They claim they are with Vista and I have gas rebates coming in the mail,then ask me for account info. I said if they have my card# they need to tell me what the last four digits are. Sure enough they had the last four on my credit card.
